I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding a tavern in our area that continues to cause excessive noise and disturbance to residents.

I have reported this matter numerous times through emails and telephone calls to the police, JMPD, and the Liquor Board. My emails remain unanswered. When I contact the JMPD call centre, I am repeatedly told that officers are on their way, but no one ever arrives. The Liquor Board has also failed to respond to my emails.

This situation is having a serious impact on our community. Our children are struggling to study because of the constant noise. Those of us who work during the day come home exhausted and are unable to get sufficient sleep at night. As a result, we return to work tired and fatigued.

We feel abandoned by the authorities despite making every effort to report this matter through the proper channels. We urgently request that this complaint be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to address the ongoing disturbance and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and licensing conditions.
