abuse of license and disrepect of neighbourhood

I am so disturbed this tavern is in the middle of houses they play music so loud till 2 am yet the owner doesn't stay around he sleep peacefully where he stay our kids can't do homeworks peacefully,we can't have rest we sleep at 2am and we must wake up and go to work we our strongly affected by this and we tried so many times to talk to the person but we. Not getting posotive co operation can one find help or can they be moved in a place which is not residential where they can do as they wish cause they don't want to adhere to the rules of operating within residential area
