I paid of an account with Bridge Debt however this company has been sending emails and list me on transunion that I owe them

I paid of an account with Bridge Debt however this company has been sending emails and list me on transunion that I owe them. I keep sending proof of payment and paid up letter but no one responds to my emails. I need this removed from my credit record as I do not owe them.
