LIQUIDCHEFS - BEWARE SA - THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY - THEY EMPTY DRINKS OUT WHEN THEY ARE STILL FULL

Everything was going great with this company admin wise and I thought we had a winner here until my guests started complaining. Every time they received a new drink and took their eyes off it for a few minutes it was gone. This was happening for about 4 hours. The runner just kept removing full drinks the entire day so my guests had to keep reordering? I spoke to the manager and the barman about it and yet it kept happening. They just said oh sorry but still it kept happening. I actually think more alcohol was thrown out than was actually consumed by my guests. I had ordered a Klipdrift and there was none. No brandy was available. They did not bring their own extension lead and they tried to charge me for 3 glasses when we had no breakage. My guests don't leave my house taking glasses away and nobody actually came into my house either. They obviously arrived with glasses short and tried to pin it on me. I was totally disappointed in the staff we received and they were like miserable stupid people who didn't give a damn. Also I did not receive any refund for half the alcohol consumed which was actually thrown out by liquidchefs staff. I am so disappointed with this crew it put a damper on my husband's 60th celebration. And they didn’t even bring their own extension lead they just kept telling me it’s on the way eventually I had to go and get my one. So disappointing.
