Worst service provider under the sun

Worst service provider out there. Lines are constantly down/damaged and they take forever to fix it. No clear communication between them and the person logging a ticket and when you do log a ticket they close it without resolving the error. And not like we can just cancel the contract since they sign you up for more than 3 years.
