Worst Service Ever

This has to be the most frustrating company to ever deal with. The fibre line is down over 20% of the time. Their tickets go through a call centre in India. The only feedback that you receive from them is "We are checking the fault. Give us some time to resolve." This can take days to resolve. I would like to save people a lot of trouble if you a considering a contract with this company. They are so infuriating. Do not get a service from them. You will regret it. I think companies need to sue them for business losses.
