Worst network service and terrible customer service.

Worst network service received ever! I would not recommend Liquid Telecoms to any business. Their network is constantly going down, never had a stable internet connection for longer than 24 hours since the installation. If you log a call at support, you wait 7 days to get feedback, then they will only start working on the issue. We logged a call every second week and apparently they "fixed" the issue, but the next day our link went down again. You pay an insane amount for this service compared to the other ISP's and you get the worst service. No capped packages available. When we were forced to cancel the service, because we were losing sales, they charged is R13 134.50. We will take this further.
