Very poor customer experience

Very good internet with some of the worst costumer service I have ever experienced, had the technician attempt to convince me that my internet stopped working because I had a laptop that was in sleep instead of shut down and left. Today marks the 2 month mark without internet, will be switching service providers extremely soon.
