Useless pathiec service Liquid telecome/neotel

I tried phoning liquid telecom cos our wifi is been off line since yesterday I was holding in for 10 minutes and then call went to receipton, the receiptionist was absoy rude and abbract and put me on hold again. I phoned two numbers and get through to anyone phone just keep on riding ********** ********** 850000 This is a absolutely a pathetic customer service I cant wait for my contract to expire next march i will never renew with this company and will never recommend anyone to use them The service is absolutely useless
