Terrible Service

In February 2019 I terminated my internet services with back then NeoTel giving them a 30 day written notice as per their requirement. By April they had still not cancelled my services and I continuously followed up on the progress of my request to no luck. In September 2019 they finally terminated my services, mind you I was being billed for every month between March and September. I then emailed them to inquire about the accumulated debt between the months of April to September as I was only willing to pay for the debt from March and before. It is now the end of 2021 and the overall debt has more than doubled due to interests charged for nonpayment, this has dented my credit profile and Liquid Telecom has been extremely unprofessional regarding this matter. I have all the emails should proof be required and I still refuse to pay for anything that accumulated after March 2019.
