Still down !!! Dont bother with these people USELESS!!!!!

Im lost for words on how to explain HOW TERRIBLE liquid telecom have beem .. Im down again as i have a contract with Liquid *UNCAPPED LINE* .. After the long migration stages (also pathetic service during this time) the located me on a 100gig plan..I MEAN WHO RUNS a company on a 100gig... But i been charged for uncapped... And NOW THIS IS MY PROBLEM AGAIN to get this resolved.. I honestly cant believe that liquid ia still in busineas with this tyoe of service they give to customers...

I have been down since the 10th of July 2019 and im still waiting for account Manager to assist me which he blocked my cell and just reads my whasapp messages... Promised to call me back still nothing...

Everyday since the 5th iv been told tomorrows it should be up ...
