Shocking service experience

We are customers of Liquid Telecom and have recently received the worst service from them . Liquid Telecom was responsible for one of our IP addresses being blocked from outlook, therefore our entire companies emails were down for 36 hours. Our business can not and did not operate and run effectively without email access and thus a huge amount of business has been lost due to their incompetence. We made numerous attempts to contact Liquid Telecom to try and resolve the issue as well as to lay a complaint with the relevant department regarding the matter. They were unable or unwilling to assist us in terms of advising who the correct superior/ manager would be to speak to, no one wanted to take ownership and we kept being put through to different people which resulted in and endless circle of constantly being put on hold. Not impressed with them as service provider and in future would not recommend them to others.
