Shocking service

Reference No: INC ********** I'm publishing this review to inform other businesses and individuals to avoid the same applauding service we have received from Neotel/Liquid Telecom over the past few years. Please do not enter into a contract with this company even if it's for free. There is a total lack of communication from their end, whether it's planned or unplanned outage. What they do show is the highest level of incompetency, especially Tanya Govender who refuses to respond to emails, phone calls & voice messages. Company name change do not improve customer experience and services, people do. We are back in the dark days, with bad customer service with Neotel/Liquid, what next....
