Service provider .... what service

The worst possible choice for a service provider. This group does not know what service is. Gives you a product after they assume what you want even after clear written details as to your requirement. Trying to correct the issue is a constant phoning and emailing of the " support "staff. very quick to say "I will get back to you" ...........no such luck. So frustrating in these economic time you would think that they would at least try........
