Service delivery - Pathetic - Kuben Naidu

Our company signed new contracts on the 6th of October 2020 to upgrade our telephone and internet systems. I did this so that my staff can work remotely and also to also reduce company costs. To date, we have received no communication on when this will be implemented. It has been given to Kuben Naidu but to be honest, I don't know if this person knows what they doing. He never replies to emails nor does he provide proper clarity. I am also dealing with our Account Manager Tony Stokes who also seems to struggle to get clarity from Kuben. I sent many emails and still I don't have an answer on when my order will be implemented. Maybe this is a tactic so that Liquid still charges us on the old contract and play us along and take us for a ride or maybe, they assume they have staff that know what they doing.

If someone reads this message and have some sort of customer background they will attend to my queries and provide me with urgent feedback.

This is gone for far to long now. If I do not get feedback by close of business today, I will escalate further.
