Overcharged

Without any notice nor contract, Liquid Telecom charged a cancellation fee of R60 000.00, no one bothered to inform me of this charge. This constitutes as theft in my eyes. And when i called and asked for an invoice to be mailed their internet did not work. So much for providing internet service.

This is the most disgusting company i have dealt with.
