Neotel Doesn't really care

My Account reference is ***, I have paid this account on the September 2019. and have requested the account to be closed but the credit bureau is still appearing. I am not satisfied by the way neotel is slow to do things, it seems that they don't really care when you are a client and you are leaving, they don't care even about future clientele. please close ASAP. Because its affecting my credit.
