Liquid Telecoms service escalation - bad business
Our company, The South African Medical Association has been struggling with connection problems on our Liquid Telecoms (Neotel) line.
They sent us a message on the 1st of November to warn us about line outages on the 5th and 6th of November. "Please note that we have a Liquid Telecom Emergency Change Scheduled at Menlyn on the on the 5th and 6th November 2019 from 19:00-07:00(GMT: +02:00). We need to remake the badly damaged joint at Nissan car dealership at Menlyn., services are currently at risk as the joint is in a bad state and there are diverts on the joint which is making it difficult to locate fibres without using fault locater. "
Our service has since then not been restored. And we do not get any feedback from their support desks. We have followed the appropriate escallation procedures (see below).
I have to say that I'm very disappointed with the level of service we are currently receiving from Liquid Telecoms. I'm actually disgusted.
As per Liquid Telecoms service desk escalation document: I have contacted Tanya Govender on +***4, Leon Aronson on +***4, Ross James on +***8 I left messages on their numbers and as of yet, I haven't received any feedback from anyone. No response on email, no response by telephone. NOTHING.
I need to know where we stand. What is happening with trying to resolve our outage situation?
I NEED FEEDBACK!
