Liquid telecoms closing small businesses

I am a sub contractor to Liquid telecom S. A I performed work for the company building sites on NLD 7 and 8( that is from Pretoria all the way up limpopo and back down Mhpumalanga back to Pretoria) My invoices were submitted and Hennie hatting was dealing with it. He will not now answer my calls and has blocked my number. I cannot get any answer from Liquid and my business has subsequently closed down. My next step in the public protector and legal action.
