LIQUID TELECOM vs NEOTEL PORTING

Liquid Telecom, takes over Neotel.

I have a Neotel prepaid servicethat I use for business. Liquid Telecom is not prepared to take on Prepaid services but only the Monthly billing. So as Prepaid service user, we referred to Digico which is not in service - not answering our Neotel queries on porting. Now, Freshphone is the second service provider we referred to which has no callcentre or structured, effective assistance.

Why is Liquid Telecom so un-interested in our issue of porting, really. We encouraged as businesses to create jobs yet the bigger companies are set on suppressing insignificant parties, that lose our customers we have built great business relations with. Losing income in the process.
