Liquid Telecom Useless

I've been a customer of Neotel for years and then Liquid took over and the support staff are just nowhere. I've been without internet for 15 days in January 2019 and it's acceptable for them cause I get my invoice on time with no mention of the days I was without internet. February was so far the best month for us we've had internet for 21 days, March 3 days so far. Beware of these guys
