Liquid Telecom - RUN!!!

Worst Telecommunications company EVER 1. They have the literal worst call centre - located somewhere in India It took me 10 minutes to explain what a phone was 2. 3 months to reply to a service call - horrific 3. No attempt to offer better packages when they were made available 4. Incompetence to the highest level and then trying to charge random charges for service that should have been part of the package - and then conveniently losing the digital contracts and brushing off official emails from their staff as "past employees did not know what they were doing"

Its a circus for sure - avoid this company, cancel any contracts and get out - let the companies like this die
