Liquid Telecom Refuses to provide billing info

There Billing department is Bad. I have spend more than 30 Min waiting to speak to the billing department, My account Manager refuses to get back to me, This company Just Invoice you, They refuses to provide you proof of the contract, They are running a **** system and if you dont pay, they hand you over for collection.... I will not trust this company
