You cannot get a technician out without begging for them to come out, then they take 2 minutes and say everything is fine, meanwhile, things are still down. No managers or anyone for that matter, take responsibility for the support, and every user on the helpdesk is fast asleep.

Pathetic and would not recommend to anyone who runs a business, small or large scale
