Liquid telecom intermittent slow internet

Two years with Liquid Telecom satellite Internet in Botswana and their service continues to be abysmal. Intermittent and slow and the typical response to complaints is \the service is within acceptable limits on the hub\" code for the problem is with you! I was encouraged to upgrade the equipment (expensive but I did it) and if the problems continue (which they did) then suggestions to upgrade the contract (I didn't but others did). My advise is not to bother with Liquid Telecom, they provide a slow and intermittent Internet access and are quick to blame the end user for any problems. "
