Liquid Telecom Enterpris Support is PATHETIC

I have now spent more than an hour trying to speak to a call centre agent with no luck. Al I have managed to get is some below par electronic music, somebody with mind numbing voicetelling me how important my call is, and then a lady who says goodbye.
