Liquid Telecom bad service

Very bad service, our internet has been down since the 10th of June 2019. All the escalation numbers, including cellphone number are not being answered and some are completely off. They keep sending e-mails with log reports showing they can ping their router. They forget that I am paying to have internet access and not their remote view of how their devices are are set up.

Looking for an alternative supplier. Soo fed up!
