To the owners of Integral Cape Town branch, The casual staff workers of the company are sad to Express their dissatisfaction with the contract offer. In the eyes of the casual staff this is an insult to our reputation. And an injustice to our livelihoods. The reason being that the casuals are completing and performing the same value of work and workload as ‘EXPERIENCED WORKERS', who seem to have no problem having their demands met. As they are permanently employed. It is exceptionally devastating considering our contribution to the WCG project and our capability to further the project. Even to a point of finishing the first milestone ahead of schedule. The contract that was offered is a laughing pile of nonsense how does one survive with a R850 a week ? the permanent pay triple the amount of what we get offered and when new people gets employed they get a contract the same week.
