Horrific ISP support.

We run a digital agency that relies on a stable and reliable internet connection to run our operations however upon experiencing a Outage we are unable to receive assistance just to log a fault with our Fibre Line.

The Agents at the Service Desk are unhelpful and inaudible to say the least. They mumble their names so you don't know who you talking to. Others literally exhaling over the phone with no remorse clearly they don't want to work there.

I have been on the line for the last hour trying to find out what is going on with our fibre connection with no luck.

I do not have a reference number after 6 attempts to call in.

We are unable to operate due to this and we have no support from our ISP yet we pay monthly without fail.
