Disappointing ISP

I am unhappy about the service that we have received from Liquid Telecoms. When I call them with a problem I keep getting transferred to different people. The calls also drop 50% of the time while I am speaking to them. They also have poor call quality when you call in. I would expect an ISP to have the best quality VoIP system but that does not seem to be the case with Liquid. Servicing is also tough with them as they want numerous different numbers before they start to help you. It is understandable if there was a set ID for each client, but they don't ask for a specific ID. I am very disappointed.
