Yes 'Liquid Telcom' -formally known as 'Neotel' -I see you are keeping the connection very quite and hoping that the dirty past of 'Neotel' gets left in the closet. I can totally understand however unfortunately you still have a lot of work to do regarding that orange stain from the past -as I do since I'm being forced to stick with you for another 5 months because I have not been complaining every month since October 2017 because of little to no web connection. And I can only assume that you have simply painted over the orange with a not so appealing blue but the 'inner workings' is orange AF! So please do not try and pull the wool over my eyes because as an end user I still have the same problem -regardless of colour! Out of the 5 complaints I've submitted here I have received exactly O/zero/none/nill/zip contact from Neo...uh Zero... uh Liquid. I suppose your policy is for the client to sit on the line waiting forever to highlight your shortcomings (and also for more than 10 months) before you ignore it completely. Fortunately my relationship will be over in 5 months (TF!) and I really feel for the fools you call customers after that.
