Corporate Liquid TELKOMS ****ing small business

As a contractor to Liquid Telkom, my business has had to close due to no payment. I completed all works requested and rectified all snags but they would not release my outstanding payments. They insist that the Network was not commissioned yet they are selling services on the lines I installed. Very ************* company, they take advantage of the little companies and continue to shut small businesses down. It would be great if the minister of communications would investigate this and see what LIQUID TELKOMS is doing to small businesses in our country.
