Contractor failed to finish the job started.

They came to our Business street and went and ripped out the paving bricks and tar along the pavement block, dug out to put fibre lines. I was assured that they would retar and repave the pavement but 2 weeks later nothing has happened. They only filled the holes with sand there are holes and bricks are lying on the floor. to make things worse, they cut our drain pipes while the dug holes and now they are blocked as well as one of the school kids in the school next door to us fell in the hole they left half open and got hurt. I have all the documents with their reassurance that they would repair the damages they made, but nothing was done.
