COMPLAINT

Had Liquid Telecom take over my internet service from ADSL to Fibre as a complete one stop including FOIP as they would port the existing tel no over from Telkom. After months the internet was working. However telephone line still with Telkom and NO assistance from Liquid Telecom received at all. Complaints to management fruitless. Promised made and none kept. Disgusting. Feel like cancelling the service altogether.
