Can't report a ********** call

I'm trying to report ********** number from one of you telephone numbers, but I'm being transferred around in circles in your call centre. Then finally after about 5 transfers, I'm being told that I must goto the police station! Are you joking?

Someone call me from the ***** department so that you can start an investigation and have this person arrested.
