Call Forwarding

On the 30th of October we tried to forward all calls from our business telephone to my cell number. We where told that this process takes between 24-48hrs, Upon numerous mails and calls to the company it is now 24 days later and we still get told that the Team are working on the problem, In the interim our company is loosing business as that number that is placed with Liquid communications is the only number our clients have. There service is absolutely poor and I will never recommend Liquid Communication which is also part of Neotel to anyone based on this.
