BILLING DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE IS PATHETIC

Billing department is very poorly managed. I have been asking for detailed invoices and recons since Sept 2021 and I am still only getting statements. I have called, and sent many emails and still no service from the accounts department. Daisy solutions that introduces us to Liquid is not even trying to assist in this matter at all.
