Bad, unreliable service.

It has been a huge frustration dealing with Liquid Telecom.

When considering cost compared to other service suppliers we asked some relevant questions about the use of our existing equipment. Assuring us that our old equipment will compatible the cost seemed fair - only later to find that this was totally untrue. We had to procure new equipment.

Installation of the service has to date taken 70 days and is still not complete. Liquid Telecom said this will take 40 days. Yes, that's right, 40 days! And after 70 days its still not done.

Communication has been poor - we had to send numerous mails, make numerous calls to get feedback on progress and to know what the next step of the installation will be etc. etc.

Complaints to management got no response. Promises to provide feedback by a certain time was never kept. Escalations to other departments had no impact.

Liquid Telecom has by their poor performance demonstrated that they will put your company's communication ability and thereby your success at risk.

I cannot recommend Liquid Telecom to anyone. I would recommend everyone to steer clear of them.
