Bad Service Emty Promises Liquid Telekoms

I app**** for a new fiber line to be installed and the sales representative told me (assured me ) that they can install my service during lock down which upon i payed a massive deposit for the installation of my fiber line this was almost 2 months ago.

After paying the deposit the service got bad you cant get a hold of anybody and when they answer their phone the just keep saying they will escalate the matter to no avail

I also have proof on my phone with whatsupp communication that the service was promised to be installed now my business is starting to lose customers based on the promises Liquid telecom made to me
