<p>I had a really frustrating experience trying to resolve an account quering. Being pushed from call centre agent to call centre agent. Speaking to people in india, sending emails to people who dont respond and was at the point of giving up until I was reffered to Jocelyn Haskins (Corporate Credit Controller), communication was efficient, she resolved my query , demonstarted their process and genuiley went the extre mile.</p> <p>Liquid Telecom/Neotel you need more staff like her.....
