Unprofessional, lack of communication, work is not satisfactory. Product does not work that they used. They have been ignoring for a month. I have sent photos, I have emailed. I have phoned, they just don't come back to me. when you do get hold of them then they are rude. They do not take responsibility for the poor work that they did. The flat that was done by them looks worse than when they started. I have to redo the whole flat now. Thank goodness I didn't do the whole house. I'm sick to my stomach with the lack of interest that they have.
