Liquid Rubber Technologies Krugersdorp

LRT Krugersdorp carried out waterproofing with their liquid rubber paint on the 22 March 2022. After the first rains in z May 2022 the roof was leaking and damaged the ceiling boards that Emslie Projects had replaced during the waterproofing. They finally came to carry out a patch job on the roof which has to be redone completely but Dylan is refusing the franchise owner. Karl the owner of the brand has been promising to get a team together to redo my roof completely but is now not responding to messages. I have had several other contractors around to see how this can be rectified but it seems the bonding liquid was mixed into the first coat which has compromised the entire application. I would seriously recommend that you avoid using LRT Krugersdorp or Emslie projects … Dylan. The so called rubber waterproofing is now peeling off the roof only 6 months after application with a 5 year warranty
