Horrible product and service delivery

LRT SA - Krugersdorp branch in "partnership" with Hakuna Matata Projects was paid for the repairs of my entire house roof. In the almost 3 years since they came out to do the work there was only once that my roof did not leak and that was because of a light and quick rain fall.

I have been begging and pleading for them to please come and fix my roof since give you a piece of paper that shows you have 10 years warrantee on your roof. But that is all it is, a piece of paper.

They keep making promises to fix it and arrange date and times with you, but they never show. So you cancel events and plans to stay home because they will be there and then they are a no show.

Hakuna Matata Projects who partnered with them, also promises and promises and they never deliver on their promises.

I have suffered tremendous losses inside my house after spending 10s of thousands of rands to these two companies. Built-in cupboards, walls and ceilings are damaged to degree that it could Physically affect your health. Insurance assessors after doing assessments purely rejected claims due to bad workmanship.

I have all photo proof on how quickly their product cracked and lifted on the roof. The conversation and promises and "Warrantee" certificate. I have tried everything for them to help.

But Both Hakuna Matata Projects and LRT SA - Krugersdorp just grabbed the cash and ran without returning as promised if there a problems.
