NO REFUND

A refund has been due to me for over four months now and all I get is it will processed in two to three days.<br> I am tired of this excuse and not being treated like a customer. The only thing I get now is an out of office notification which expired in 25 August 2015. This is ridiculous as the contract between me and the company was terminated from poor service which they acknowledged then.
