Lies

On 26th of February I paid 4583.55 to Liquid Rand as a deposit as I was planning to rental a car through them on 3RD of March I then I advance them that I am no longer taking a car and requested for the refund then Angelo said Nadia will contact me with necessary documents to be submitted I then submitted the documents and I was told the refund will be done on Friday it wasn't done on Monday I was told it was done in the morning and they will forward me proof of payment however I didn't receive anything until yesterday around 4pm but they proof of payment was dated the 10th instead of the 9th as per they confirmation which was made by Gail, I then called ABSA to confirm the payment and I was told the transaction number is for the payment done on the 5th Of March 2015 and the amount is not matching, this morning I received a sms notification for the 11th of March 2015, I am seriously not sure what is going on now. This company is full of lies and different stories everyday and all I want is my refund, They just failing to send me a proof of payment from ABSA system which every bank does I have been waiting for over two hours now
