Zero Customer Service from Liquid Fantasy

After receiving an order that didn't meet my business' needs, I was told that Liquid Fantasy would accept and cover the cost of the return of my ordered items. I was asked to send a picture via WhatsApp. I did that and sent an email with the pictures too. This was on the 11th of November. I received no response to either. I sent another email on the 21st and then the 25th of November. Again, absolutely no response. Here were are almost one month later and Herman is not responding to any of my emails (which I send to 2-3 addresses) or WhatsApp messages. And I took a risk on a local business, spent money, and am sitting with products that don't fit together and which I cannot make use of.

Supporting local in this case definitely did not work out for me. I've had FAR better and prompt service ordering from overseas.

I would steer clear of Liquid Fantasy!
