payment provider *****

liqpay is a payment provider. You add your credit card to the site and you can easily then pay on many other stores. Problem with this is they deny my credit card saying the card isn't valid. Only problem is they decuct $1 USD at the same time from it to verify the card is valid. That R15 for nothing to be told when I am actually use the card that it isn't valid for internet transactions. If it wasn't valid then how can they deduct money off of it? It's valid for them but not valid through them when making payments. That is just absurd and just a ****
