Rude sales lady

Paulos Mataboge sales lady was very rude after i asked her to please pack our products in the plastic bag and she said , " we don't have packers here and the que is so long". I than said to her you are very rude for a sales person, who must pack when you don't have packers? She went on to say, "i guess you and i are both rude and i wont pack your goods". Thats when my partner said we must just leave, i told her im going to report her . She than said " do what makes you happy". Im shocked with disbelief of the disrespect and ignorance in such an establishment. Id like to know how the store will address this matter moving forward. Shocked 😲
