Zero Service from LIPTRONICS

Besides not even answering their phone EVER, they want to charge R450 upfront to look at the fridge that is not working. Tell me the problem, but not able to do anything on that call out; and then on another day have to return, with additional payment on my side of R450 call out, to MAYBE repair the problem. SHOCKING! NO SERVICE !I had to keep trying to contact them. Samsung eventually managed to connect. PLEASE DON"T USE THIS COMPANY
