WORST SERVICE IN HISTORY OF SERVICES

I wasn't going to add my 2 cents here but there is something wrong with this company, Liptronics. It is indeed the worst service I've experienced in my entire life. I am not going to mention the unanswered phone calls which wastes ones airtime, I will not start with the empty promises of fixing my TV on time, never mind the untrained and uninformed receptionists who never has answers and drops my calls. Everyone mentioned on email, Neels, Nadia, same WhatsApp group. Word of advice, rather get a new Samsung appliance than go to these guys.
